Mend Franke Series S 1/4 Turn Tap 14

How can I fix my Franke Mixer tap, Series S 1/4 Turn?

My Franke Mixer Tap drips when the cold tap is used, this can be stopped by running the hot tap for a few minutes. Is this a problem with the ceramic disk bush on the cold side of the tap? if so, can this be cured by replacing the bush?. or will I have to get a complete new tap?

hot and cold run separately within the tap itself. I would get a new ceramic disc though if I were you. Be sure to get one for the cold though as they are different to the hot (open opposite directions) most Franke stuff has a long guarantee though!
