cavalier 17td clutch problems?

cavalier 17 td no gears clutch pedal flat to floor would it be my clutch cable needin renewed or moreserious problem m reg car so pretty old

if cable is ok, then it could be cracked on bulkhead where top part of cable fits!

Sounds like your cable has broken. If you look on top of the gear box you will see the end of cable. if its loose its probably broke.
