singer 514model?

have just fitted two new gears for lift and feed, in doing so upset all timing got it now feeding ok and the length of stitch ok but the thead is gathering in big loops under the fabric can you help please

Hello Ken,
I did,nt recieve your e/mail ,My problem is
Ihave fitted new lift and feed gears and doing so I
upset all timing I have tried to retime it but it a bigger problem than I thought can you plese help?

I did send an email but my computer went haywire and I have had to restart it from scratch so I don't know if you got the message, email me and I will attach instructions but remind me of your problem, type my address as you say it not as you see it.
