westwood S1600 with 38inch deck?

i have purchased a westwood lawn mower from HANDY GARDEN MACHINERY i have just tried to start it today and it stops after a few minuetes I engaged the cutters and engaged the sweeper and lowered it down then i went up and down the lawn and it wasn't cutting then it stopped and would not start again. On my invoice it says w/wood S1600,w/wood38" IBSdeck w/woodPCGnew style [35]
