I called this number this morning (08/04/2011) to get a part for my 1800w mitre saw and got through to a guy in Austria. He asked me if I had the instruction manual, then told me to go to the exploded view of my mitre saw and asked me to identify the part. The rest was straight forward. Part should be here in 5 days. Excellent P.R.
