Mend Bessica E520 Toilet Flushing Worked

Toilet not flushing? mobile home E520 lowline Bessica?

Hi I have just purchased a new campervan and the toilet wont flush, it worked for a week and then stopped altogether I have checked the fuse in the cassette compartment and that seem,s ok and the other one on the fuse board is fine any suggestions? I know that I have a warrenty and can take it back to the dealer but it,s 70miles round trip the vehicle is the new E520 lowline Bessica. Thanks

We had the same problem with a Thetford toilet. The pump is under the toilet roll holder (this can be prised out) and after manually turning the pump several times (Don't give up!) which is held in place with one small screw and lubricating with cooking oil it worked! Hope this helps.
