how can i make my jvc cd radio work properly?

i have recently installed my jvc kd g333 cd radio in my zafira, however it seems to reset itself when the car is completely switched off, so when i go to use my car again the cd radio starts like its just been installed, how can i fix this??

I have a JVC -G333 CD player in my car, it came with the car which i recently purchased, the cd player did work fine until the a couple of days ago it got stuck on eject!! & now i cannot do anything with it!!, does anyone have any ideas???
