Is there hope for my T.V?

I have a Durabrand television set(Model DU2701A) and my problem is that lightning hit power ploe outside my house and knocked the thing out. I took the back off of the set and looked at the pcb and nothing appears to be burnt except the main fuse. Can I replace the fuse or do I replace the set.

Probably. Check the power supply diode pack which will likely be shorted. Replace the diode pack and fuse and you may have a working TV again. Good luck!
