Lost power to control panel?

My GE Caddux alarm has no power to the control panel. I replaced the battery and transformer, but it didn't help. The transformer has a green light on it. What looks like a glass fuse in the contol box looks fine, and all the wires appear to be attached. Anything else I can check before an expensive service call.

Looking at a fuse will not tell you if it has blown or not.
Get a test meter and test all outputs and fuses.

Remember there is live mains electricity present, if your unsure get in a professional.
