The oven, fan and light in my Tricity DSIE 456 have stopped working, can anyone tell me why ?

there is a cutout stat mounted to the back of the oven cavity.you need to remove the back panel from the cooker to see it.It has 2 wires from it and should be normally closed (connection through it).if its open circuit ( no connection through it) then it will need replacing
