Mend Troy-Bilt TB70SS Remove Housing Drum

Troy Built how to remove the housing cover?

TB70SS - all of the housing screws are out. Cluch drum T-20 screw is loose of the clutch drum but it will not come all the way out, the cluch drum is loose or at least it moves and spins freely, I cannot get the housing or any parts off of the crank shaft? Wits End.
