upper level dishes are not being cleaned, suspect it is a blockage in internal filters, have recently had engineer out for same problem & want to have a go at fixing myself
the only filters you can clean are the ones in the base under the bottom basket.remove them and wash them in warm water.it would also be a good idea to check the holes in the top spray arm and especially the ones right on the ends as they help it to rotate
