Bex Bissell Pro Heat x 2 Will not speay water or cleaner?

My Bex Bissell Pro Heat 2 has not beeen extensively used but now will not spray water. I have put new belts on the brushes and cleaned everything but it still doesn't work. Water comes out of the tank when spiggot on the bottom is depressed.

Any suggestions?

if water comes out of the wand it may be the heater or spray nozzles are blocked if no water from the wand if may be the pump.
