The little black rotating piece which one of the three blades sits on has broken. The blade should sit on what looks like a metal pin. I guess this is what holds and rotates the blade. I bought this razor for my son last Christmas and it was fairly expensive, so I wonder if it would be worth sending it away for repair. I cannot find the part needed online - just replacement blades seem to come up. Can you help?
I have the same problem and cannot find an answer online either. I have had nothing but problems with this model and brand. Looks like I will have to take this back and get a Braun or Rorelco instead.
