Iveco starting problems, radio wiring, waring lights?

Hi all i have a 1997 iveco 35 daily 2.8 td it was running fine until i tried changing the radio, i managed to change the radio but now the van will no longer start, there is also a waring light in the top right of the speedo clocks i would appriciate if anyone could halep, oh also the colour of the wiring for the radio are

brown wire
red wire
green wire
4 blue wires
