HB 180 Carburetor and gas line?

I replaced the primer bulb which was cracked, but now get no suction. Also, I replaced the gasket/filter below the bulb, but am not sure which side goes toward the bulb!
I may also have a crack in the gas line, but not sure.
How does one get a new gas line through the small hole in the tank?
