my parents boiler is a servowarm condensing boiler. It has no pilot on?
the pilot is not lit so hence no burner action. can i relight pilot with a match , i think there is gas flow. they are 80 and have been fobbed off by npower who have told my dad the prob is with the solenoid, i think this is bull and need some help
if it is a condensing boiler im thinking it must be no older than about 5 years old then more than likely it will not have a pilot as the boiler will be self lighting generally the older generation of boilers would have pilot lights
