my leisure alta fan oven leaks steam and drips on the floor?

when cooking the pressure of hot steam seems to build up in the oven untill it leaks round the door seal fat and water drip on the floor . when the door is opened you get blasted in the face with a cloud of hot steam.it seems the pressure cant vent out the back as it should. is something blocked
