When I turn the flush handle the toilet does not always flush. Sometines just a small amount of water flows into the bowl but the flush does not operate fully. Sometimes it works. There is enough water in the cistern.
Any thoughts?
probably the diaphragm in the syphon if it's the old type you will have to remove the cistern to replace it if so it might better to replace it with a modern syphon that you can repair in situ
