changing time on timer?

I would like to keep my heating on overnight without having to move the clock on every night. I have lost my instructions. Can you tell me how to do this? (My clock is a Randall 102 and is about 20 years old and is manual)

Leave the timer alone, just move the dial on the top right corner, after the heating has gone off on the timer, just advance the dial into the red sector which should read on until A
