Although the water container is watertite when separated from the machine it leaks when installed

My machine is leaking when you put a pod in. It starts running down the back of where the pod is held. Is this fixable does anyone know? Many thanks

does the unit power up? if not, your problem is likely a blown thermal fuse. these are located inside the machine and protect against electrical overheating and malfunction. the part itself costs approx $1.25 and can be replaced by a knowledgeable electrical repairman.
