My alarm has been in my garage for 2 years, never had a problem. went off once last week, today twice it only has 2 zones garage and shed, sensor in garage door contact shed,it was the garage zone that set off the alarm any help please

Checked the PIR, cleaned it out (spiders other creepy crawlies).
Checked battery in panel?
Checked cable to PIR?
