I have a peugeot parner van (51) the wash/wyper, ?

I have a peugeot parner van, 51 plate, the wash/wyper stoped working, and at the same time the glow plug and battery lights on the dash stoped. the wypers work on the switch as normal and the van starts ok. so I think it must be a fuse, I have looked for a blown one without luck, can anybody help with this?
