My 2002 Buick Le Sabre radio has completely stopped? All lights are lit (time, radio indicator, tape/CD indicator - but nothing functions. Stopped at electronics store and they suggest take entire dash off and unpug, reset. Seems a bit over the top to me - Is there something else I should try first?
