Dispenser and ice flap are sticking?

I'm having issues with my dispenser and ice maker on my Maytag fridge model#: MSD2572VEB00. It all started about a month or two ago with the ice maker flap not shutting all the way so ice would melt and clog it all up. Now I've been noticing the water dispenser gets stuck and seems to be getting worse since it won't stop unless I manually pull it back off to keep it from contually dispensing. I'm now having difficulty in trying to find out how to get to the one screw I see inside of the dispenser area because I can't find a way to take the main covering off. I'm pretty good at fixing things around the house and believe if I can take the this covering panel for the dispenser unit off, then I can clean off any muck or figure out if I need a replacement part. Do you have any suggestions?
