My Sony Walkman NWZ-E344 Broke?

My Sony Walkman NWZ-E344 Will Come on but When the Title Screen it moves up and Wont let me press any Buttons This Happend Last night while I was Listening to My Music The Screen went Black and Came on and The Buttons Were Acting all Screwy and when i pushed reset it Came on and the Buttons Wouldn't Work Any More Can Anyone Tell Me What Happend?

When mine did that I hit the reset button and when it turned on I turned hold on. When It told me to turn it off so I did ,but then I turned it back on. When the menu came up I turned hold off and my buttons started to work again.
