Blurry slow motion effect?

Hi, I have a View Quest (a what!) 32" LCD TV which uses a Samsung lta320wt-l06 screen. It shows a strange almost slow motion/ghosting fault, plus colours are really
heavy. A lot of RED. you can get a not bad picture by reducing colour etc, but still blurrs badly (not 8ms type) Blue screen is BLUE as it should be however. Does this on all inputs. Thought it might be back light or low inverters.
