Mend Rangemaster Elan 110 Cooker Temperature Fault

What do I do?

I have a rangemaster Elan 110 duel fuel. yesterday despite the fan oven only being on 180 it burnt the meal to a cinder. I now cannot switch the oven off at all even though it is on zero. The on light comes on but not the fan and the oven heats up to what must be the maximum temp. I can only switch it off at the mains switch.
