Mend Zanussi DW 24 Dishwasher Electrical Fault

Zanussui Dishwasher DW 24 Serial number 92690177?

My dishwasher , just out of Guarantee stopped working . There was a bang and the smell of an electrical fault. but my wife who was next to the machine took out the plug,the plug fuse was not blown. I am suspicious about the on/off swith ( with a light) as the bang was in this area of the machine. Also when under guarantee, 2 of these light type on/off swithes were replaced. To check this I need to get inside the door but I don't know how to remove the screws from the door to get at (expose) the switch. Can anyone helpand tell me how?

hi,, open the door and undo the screw on the edge of the steel plate then push the door back up and the top panel with the dial and switch will just fall off.

ps,, i need the position of the wires on the on/off switch i would be greatfull if u could email them to me when your inside? 2x blue, 1x black(thick), 2x black(for the led) and 1x brown.
