short answer,repair the tamper in zone 8,then reset system with pin number,

Correct information would help.

1. 9827 is the Keypad ( sophisticated on/off switch )
- The panel should be a 9800

2. There is no error code of T8
- It would be t8 - Tamper Ct 8

Why do you need to "wipe out and reset complete system"?

The code can be changed using the User Manual, that's what it is for.

Reset system, why do people always think that is the answer to every (!?!) problem?
