volvo s40 brakes binding any suggestions?

I have the same problem , after driving for maybe ten minutes , all brakes start binding and gets worse but let the car sit for a while and there back to normal

will possibly need all brake pads removing and cleaning up also check where pads fit into callipers that they are free and clean so pad can move ,whilst pads are out also check slides/pins /piston etc are free ,would be a good idea to clean up discs as there will be a section where pad was that could be free of heavy rust and may cause pedal to pulsate under braking.if seperate handbrake shoes -they too may need attention!

car has been laid up for about 2 months and looks like all wheels are binding

all or just front or just rear or just one.do they come on after vehicle driven or are they constantly binding. do they release when cooled down,has vehicle been stood a while.?? if you can answer any of these it may give a better clue to your fault.
