our gbc4250 will shut down during warm up ?

we are having a problem with our gbc4250 during warm up it will shutdown causing the reset button to pop. Is their a protection device that protects the unit from overheating without blowing the fuse?

i fix these for a living what button is poping? if its a circuit beaker its likely just a bad breaker, the machines almost never short.
