Mend GBC Ultima 65 Stopped Working Process

GBC Ultima 65 stopped working during lamination!?

This machine stopped working while it was in the process of laminating. It won't turn on, I've tried unplugging, flipping the switch, plugging into a different outlet and nothing. I don't even know how to get my poster out of the machine! Can someone please give me any insight or point me into the right direction? thanks!
