How to completely reset my accentra home alarm?

Our house alarm was working fine until we went on holiday and had someone come over and check on our house, we gave them instructions on how to turn off alarm and turn back on, but they must of pressed something they shouldnt have as now everytime we set the alarm over night the alarm goes off at 4.30am!
How do we completely reset the alarm so we can start from scratch with it and set a new code?

No there isnt any boilers or combis set for that time, its a bit of a mystery which is why i just want to reset everything on the alarm and start again with a new code, and if it still does it after that, then perhaps we have a ghost!

Rather than resetting, find out what is activating at the same time every time.
I seriously doubt its the alarms fault.

Any boilers or combis coming on at that time?
