The rinse light flashing is a fault indicator that the drum is not rotating. The 2 main causes of this are the motor carbon brushes or the control electronic. 4 out of 5 times it will be the electronic the part is £130.00 + VAT from miele. You realy need a tech to check this but it might help you make a decision. Repair is £200 + .
How old is the machine??? If its older that 10yrs it might be the carbon brushes about £100 repair
