what is wrong with my shower?

i have a Glow worm ultra com cxi and when showering the hot water starts off hot goes cold and then goe shot again. Do you have any ideas of the fault?

I'm guessing its an electric showers! sounds like a flow rate problem, as in not a constant one!. if the pressure of the water entering an electric shower falls too low it cuts out resulting in a cooler dribble until the pressure rebuilds!

is hot water set to high! set to 60*,see if it works otherwise boiler heat exchanger is blocked.
