Check you have an adequate supply of fuel, no blockages or air in the fuel line from the tank. Try running it without the air filter for a minute see if that works and clean/replace if necessary. Check your plug, HT lead and coil in that order, take the coil to a second hand spares dealer and the mechanic will check it with a meter and tell you if it needs replacing or check it yourself if you have a multimeter.
