sorry to tell you but it sounds as if your pump needs replacing. Mine was doing the same, called out a specialist who quoted £150 to replace and repair. Zanussi do sell parts online however, and I believe they also send fitting instructions, depends on how brave you are. The parts are expensive and sometimes it is cheaper to buy a new model (unless it is a fitted unit).
