How to make clutch knob turn?

How to make the clutch knob become unstuck....it will not turn at all. It's a singer featherweight 132

sometimes it get stuck badly when not used for long time. remove the small screw and TURN!!!! that is the only way.remember to put rhe high end of the tri washer towards the ouside when putting it back.good luck
