how can i fix my frigidaire frs26rlecs0?

Inside my frig on the upper left side is a square type tubng coming from the temp control knobs to the back of the frig. It sounds like there is a samll blower motor in this area that's having trouble starting up. It has progressed from 8 to 20 attempts before it catches and runs. I'm guessng the thermostat or possibly a PC baord is going bad causing this problem. i would like to get an expert opinon before I begin working on my frig. The compresor appears to be cycling just fine. I have thoroughly cleaned all of the dust from under the frig to help it run more efficiently.
