how do i place the pieces back togeather on my tension disk?

i have a seammaster by simplicity, the tension disk fell off and fell apart, i try to put it back togeather but the thread keeps breaking. i need a parts guide to place these small pieces in there correct position,,,,#fa693

never work on one of these before but the normal tension units are easy.tenion disc first then flat disc if its got one another tension disc the cap washer with the cup side towards outside then spring then tension adjusting nut.hope instructions help a little.just remember the high side of the tension disc should face each other.
