Help with bobbin winding pfaff 1471?

For some reason I'm not able to disengage the wheel so I can fill bobbin. Would appreciate any help.

the plastic stop the bobbin rests against when it winds came off & I dropped it inside the machine how do I get it out. I have the screw but the plastic piece fell inside

if wheel is stuck there is no other way as to use big muscle and turn with all your power.try and put oil between hand wheel and small wheel,leave little while and try again.if you have a soft hammer try tapping on small wheel sometime it loosen up.get one big strong guy if nothing help,just remember to loosen small screw on small wheel
