The rinse light flashing is a fault code for no motor action. Depending on age the most likley cause is a faulty EL200c Electronic £130.00 or it could be the carbon brushes £35.00 in my experiance 75% of the time it will be the electronic. You will need an engineer to confirm fault. Sorry
