my sukida keeps cutting out on me?

i have changed the battery, put a new kick start on, new spark plug, new spark plug casing on, it will start then after half an hour it dies on me, there is a spark there, put not enough going threw, i did find out, that on my key frop, theres a electric start on it, put dont work, can any one help
