singer 319k sewing machine?

very simple and easy to do.just be careful and note how you take it apart and you can do it within 2 min.start by turning tension knob anticlock until it comes off,do it slowly as to keep other parts intack.now remove dial plate,washer,spring,and tension discs.place then down in order of removal and refit in same order.as you only want to clean tension disc i dont think it need removal of complete unit.after refitting adjust tension and happy sewing glad to assit more if you need advice
