Scantronic 85EN No Entry tones?

Hi Guys Got a prob with a Scan 85EN. When setting/unsetting the keypad does not give entry tones. Yet when you trip the alarm or cause a tamper the keypad gives an alarm tone. I've tried the partition link on the keypad and tried a speaker on the keypad speaker output, but still no E/E tones. Unfortunalely a menvier in scantronic clothing and dont know mevier that well. It used to work but suddenly stopped I've crashed the panel but it's still the same. A good lookin panel I dont really want to throw away.
