e manno,this is very basic stuff.,as u know,if the system has been reprog,then surely its has been set up properly ?i,e,pir on entry route or am i being stupid ??

Ct1(zone1) should normally be set up as entry/exit timed,usually door contact on final entry/exit route.

If you are using door contact are you being seen by PIR set as immediate when you enter ?, that will stop the timer from running so it will go into full alarm.

Find out what sensors you have on dedicated entry/exit route and programme correctly.
