The door has jammed closed and if I press the door button the on/off switch which is right next to it comes on and fills with water. I just can't use them separately as before.
There is a plastic with a circular hole for pulling (Emergency access) and the door will open if the machine is switched off. This is located behind the door access for clearing the drain filter.
