klick quartz radio controlled wall battery operated clock is 1minute behind correct time despite restarting how can i adjust it to run at right time please?

If it is constantly - day after day - one minute behind where you think it should be then the clock is working properly and the minute hand has shifted on its shaft.

Usually you need to remove the front glass to set the hands.

If it's a digital clock then I have no answer for you.
