how can i fix my toyota sl3404d overlocker?

the lever that lifts the foot is stuck

open the side panel and see if maybe there is something stuck on shaft,then using a good penetrating oil spray shaft while trying gently moving lever.if this does not help you will have to remove shaft and see if its not bent
